We will place this on one of our ''Link Pages'' after we have verified that you have placed "A Gallery of Artists" banner or Text Link on your site. Please allow 1 week for the reciprocation process to take place. To obtain our banner, simply right-click and save the image into your directory.

Gallery Submissions:
To display your work in "A Gallery of Artists"; you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree that you will provide accurate information about you, and will be the sole user of your account. Complete and submit two copies of this permission form with your signature and date. This gives us the right to display your work.
For free inclusion into our Gallery, you may submit up to three images no larger than 500px square (preferably .jpg's); a small photo of yourself (if desired) and a short biography. Your Gallery Page will have an address similar to: http://www.agalleryofartists.com/yourname.html
For a larger display, there is a required fee of $50.00 United States Denomination, for up to 10 entries for a period of six (6) months. $100.00 in United States Denomination will reserve a place in the Gallery for a year. Email me and we'll talk if you need more room or special consideration. All copyrights and ownership of your art will remain yours and will be acknowledged as such. We will exhibit your work in accordance to the design layout of our Gallery; with thumbnails that are clickable for enlargement. Also available to you is your own email address that would read similar to: yourname@agalleryofartists.com
The fee includes any charges for reasonable changes and maintenace to your exhibit. For instance; if you had 10 entries exhibited, and one or more items sell, it is reasonable to replace your vacancies with new material for no extra charges. Maintenance includes exhibits, information and pricing changes. Special layout requests may incur additional charges.
"A Gallery of Artists" is acting only as an advertisement medium and design service; and not as art agents or sales outlet. You, as the artist, will be responsible to obtain all relevant licenses and permits associated with the legal operation of your enterprise. It is your responsibility to determine whether the sale of any item is authorized by law, statute or regulation.
You agree that you are solely responsible for processing the orders and transactions from your customers, for telling your customers the status of the orders and transactions, for providing support to all your customers for such orders and transactions, and for identifying, collecting and paying all taxes (if applicable) related to such orders and transactions to the appropriate authority.
In no event will "A Gallery of Artists" be liable to you for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, or data corruption, errors, bugs or other defects, server down-time, malfunction, crash or hacking. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up any information you are using in connection with your exhibits in "A Gallery of Artists". We are not making any guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of your exhibit.
We reserve the right to refuse entries and for our graphics department to make minor adjustments (such as sizing) to your entry for proper placement on our page. You may request to have the work removed or files deleted at any time, however there will be no refunds. We respect your privacy and will not sell or volunteer your name and address to any listing services.
Send your .jpg files through email - one per email; no larger than 500px square for review. If you need us to scan your photos of your work, there will be a charge of $3.00 United States Denomination per item. This also covers the cost of postage to return your photos (in their original condition) through the U. S. mail. Overseas mailings may incur additional postage charges.
You must include in your email to us information for each item concerning:
- Title
- Description
- physical measurement
- medium
- pricing information
- your agreement to abide to our payment
- Optional - your photo and 200 word biography (to be placed on your main page)
We accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers-checks or travelers checks in United States Denomination. Sorry, we are unable at this time to accept direct credit card transactions, but this can be accomplished thru PayPal.

Please note that are no refunds. Your pages will display within 2 weeks of the receipt of your entries, signed permission form and the clearance of your payments through our bank.

The artist represents and warrants that the description of the artwork is true and accurate, as set forth to "A Gallery of Artists", and that the artist is the sole owner of the artwork and has full authority to enter into this agreement and that the artwork is a genuine work and that the signature, if available, is genuine. The artist further warrants and represents that there are no claims, liens or judgments, which would encumber title to the artwork.
"A Gallery of Artists" reserves the right to terminate any marketing program that is not beneficial to the majority of our artists. "A Gallery of Artists" will make updates, and send related information by email.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly and terminate your exhibit if you disagree with any of the changes. Continuing the exhibit upon any change of this agreement will imply your agreement with that change.
I hereby accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. All terms and conditions are final.
"A Gallery of Artists" also provides web design services for those who would like to put their own sites up. We will develop and maintain your site with any Internet Service Provider you choose. We will need to get an FTP account established for us at your Internet Service Provider in order for us to transfer your site files to their servers.
Design work costs can vary widely depending on the complexity of your website, and for this reason these prices must be quoted. A start figure would be $35.00 USD an hour, and there will also be a low monthly fee for maintaining web sites that require daily and monthly changes.
